I'm 24 years old and have been building lego for about 18 or 19 years. I've been fortunate enough to have received many sets over the years as Christmas and birthday gifts. I've built spaceships, a front end loader, snow plow, 5 axle crane truck, 3 axle truck with knuckle picker(fold out crane, secondary boom extends and sometimes has winch, which was before the new one came out, its red, has 4 axles and a v8, and yellow picker), various dragsters, and I once customized the 8448 with a very realistic exhaust system using pieces of air hose, 4 on each side, headers going to a true dual exhaust system, and I even once built a model of an oil well service rig! (Posted on my facebook page). With the right pieces and some patience, you can build a very realistic working model of just about anything. I think it's a great creative outlet, and for me it relieves both boredom and stress. Even if you dont get the set you want, if you have a half decent collection, you can build youre own version of something you like. Take a look at my facebook page, you'll see proof of my statement that anything is possible with lego :)

You'll be very fortunate to find any of these in stores, as these have not been available for quite some time and collectors have snapped them up. The best place to go is http://www.bricklink.com, where you may be fortunate enough to find someone selling one of these. It'll be expensive, but probably the only chance of laying your hand on kits you missed out on. At 25, you're still under no threat of being laughed at for building Lego ;-) I'm 38...so I have to use my son's love of the toys as an excuse ;-)

Hi

I would like to know where I can find these 2 specific models, I have been to 4 different toy stores and none of them has these models. I am a ferrari fan and have been looking for these models for quite some time now. I do also collect the lego technics and racers. I am 25 and still build these, hehehe. Any help in finding these 2 models will be highly appreciated
