		<description>On my IE7 the internal light grey strip appears last, after ALL the other content has been downloaded. This means that initially all the normal text appears in the dark grey outer colour, which is unreadable and confusing, until finally the stripe appears. This obviously means one has to wait until the whole page is loaded before you can start checking out the juicy content - keep up the good work, I check in regularly</description>
